I would love to eat at  La Taberna de Baco eatery and visit Haro, a town on the Ebro River since it dates back to the 10th century, has labyrinthine stone streets, and tile-roof houses.
I would stay a night or two at  Finca de los Arandinos,  near Logroño. 

I would also visit the Marqués de Riscal for the wine therapy spa.  I would love to see Laguardia Village and the Santa María de Palaci..

While there I might pay a visit to  Anguiano in the Cameros Mountains and eat cheese -- Tres Puentes. Camerano goat’s milk cheese.  Also I would visit Viña Real winery Designed by Philippe Mazieres.
